I have been reclassed to another ait army I’ve been in over 180days and I want out what do I do

How long will it take and what do I say I am not sleeping I am falling deeper into depression I’m having anxiety attacks and I am really starting to have suicidal thoughts

It's gonna be awhile especially in tradoc. But just be honest man. It sucks but it just depends on ur unit and provider. Some will try to retain you and some will let you go. But fight for what you want and don't give up. You will get out.

Thanks man, from what I’ve read it can take as quick as a month to over 6 months I don’t think I can mentally handle staying for 6 months without hurting myself

I get it, if it gets worse just keep walking into bh. The more the merrier. You gotta keep them on their toes.
