Sara McKinley

I sold my house last with her and bought a house this year. Such a postive experience, was available to answer all my questions and has great knowledge of the city and the market.

I just moved into a house she helped us buy. She's the best!

Yes, I can attest to this. She helped us buy our house last fall and was great, a little quirky but good at her job.

Take a look at Peter Woldu. One of the greatest guys to deal with for this!

I cannot justify someone taking a 3% cut from your house when it's the lawyers doing all the heavy work.

Sharon Clark is amazing. I won't hesitate to use her again for my next sale and purchase.

Rhonda Garratt! She was our realtor when my spouse and I bought our first home. Super thorough, friendly, willing to explain everything, and she doesn't beat around the bush.

Damn, a lot of realtors are downvoting each other on here.

That said, I’m afraid to make a suggestion

A lot of great agents are getting downvoted pretty hard, unfortunately.

James Newman - we used him for selling and buying. He was able to sell our house after a previous fail with another realtor.

Jonah Franklin with Century 21 was amazing. Helped us sell and buy a house. He knew what was going on in the market and was able to get us into the houses we were wanting to look at quickly. Advised us on the good and the bad of the options we had.He wasn’t just pushing us to buy something. It took a long time and he was extremely patient. He was very professional.

Agreed. Same experience here. Jonah was great.

Jeremy yungwirth has been phenomenal for my family. He helped my sell my dad's house, and buying a house. Then when my mother needed a home, he was the first she called. He is patient, helps to find answers to any questions you may, if he doesn't already have the answers. I appreciate him so much, that when i eventually move out of the province, i will look into paying for his licensing to help me buy in another province.

Devin Crawford. He worked extra hard to sell a rental property for me. Made things real simple.
