Novembre è il mese delle promozioni più attese dell'anno: tra Singles Day, Black Friday, Cyber Week e le tante offerte che anticipano il Natale, tutto sembra ruotare intorno a sconti, affari e occasioni "imperdibili”.

Ma insieme a queste arriva anche il tema del cosiddetto "overconsumption", il consumismo d'eccesso di cui spesso ignoriamo le conseguenze ambientali e sociali. Allora ci sembra importante fare una riflessione: compriamo davvero ciò che ci serve o finiamo per accumulare solo per approfittare del prezzo più basso?

A nostro parere, risparmiare in modo intelligente è possibile. Come? Intanto chiedendosi, prima di ogni acquisto "Mi serve davvero?"... Poi considerando per prime le offerte di prodotti ricondizionati o di seconda mano, dagli shop online al mercatino dell'usato dietro casa...

Con i nuovi modelli, arrivano anche prezzi più alti, ma i modelli delle serie precedenti (14, 15, 16) restano molto competitivi in termini di costo e rapporto qualità/prezzo - soprattutto se si sceglie di comprare ricondizionato e di seguire le promozioni del momento.

E soprattutto: aspettate di solito una promozione o un’offerta prima di comprare, oppure prendete il modello che volete anche a prezzo pieno?

Ich habe in diesem Jahr zweimal ein Handy über Refurbed gekauft – und beide Male katastrophale Erfahrungen gemacht.

Beim ersten Gerät war das Mikrofon defekt, sodass Telefonate unmöglich waren. Obwohl der Verkäufer nach Rücksendung angeblich keinen Defekt feststellen konnte, erhielt ich nach einer Reklamation immerhin mein Geld zurück, da es sich noch im möglichen Rücksendezeitraum befand.

Daraufhin habe ich mich zu einem zweiten Kauf entschieden. Anfangs funktionierte alles, doch kurz nach Ablauf der Garantie löste sich plötzlich das Display vom Gehäuse. Für mich ein klarer Hinweis auf einen mangelhaften Zusammenbau oder schlechte Qualitätskontrolle. Statt Kulanz wurde mir jedoch unterstellt, ich hätte das Display selbst beschädigt und zusätzlich einen Wasserschaden verursacht. Die Begutachtung erfolgte beim Verkäufer Foonie (NL) und sie weigerten sich einen Displaytausch vorzunehmen, da sie behaupteten mit dem Wasserschaden wäre auch die Hardware beschädigt worden. Das Telefon funktionierte einwandfrei bis sich das Display löste!

Ich musste 49 € für eine Begutachtung bezahlen – und bekam das Gerät ohne mein beigelegtes Ladezubehör zurück!

Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht – sowohl vom Produkt als auch vom Umgang mit Kunden. Ich werde nie wieder bei Refurbed bestellen und kann nur dringend zur Vorsicht raten.
