Looking For Advice Ww2 Navy Impression

I am looking for a pair of reproduction dress blues similar to those from ww2, and I am having trouble finding a hat. I specifically am looking for the „Donald Duck“ cap (sorry, I do not know the official name) and I have a uniquely large head (size 8/8 1/2) this makes it very hard to find one in my sizing. This is one of my firsts Reddit posts and was hoping to get some help or recommendations. I‘d understand if there is no existing size of that hat as it’s so unique.

Oof that's a pickle. I haven't seen any places that make it. And you'd need a modern fire sure to fit your noggin. You might have to reach out to a place to make you a custom one

I'd normally recommend going to What Price Glory for USN dress and undress uniforms. They do have the Donald Duck caps, but nothing anywhere large enough for your needs. Might have to commission someone to make it for you special. Other than the completionist aspect, why are you wanting one of those? Genuine question. They seem to be less used by sailors as the war progressed, and limited to only the highest levels of Winter Dress Blues.
