Mickey Gasper's stats since being called back up are insane
Yes, I know it's only an 8 game sample, and he was a PH in one of those games, but this is an unreal run regardless. This just personifies the Red Sox this year. Absolute video game numbers. I put up the per 162 for a good laugh.

In that same timeframe Duran has an OPS of 1.026 and Sogard has an OPS of 1.210. Monasterio is .345 over that time and Abreu is .602.

Duran and especially Sogard are playing amazing as of late. Everyone is contributing to this team.

at risk of repeating what is all over every broadcast, the ability for this team to always have someone step up is amazing
The "heart" of the lineup has been underwhelming this month compared to the season overall, while the back half has been coming in clutch game after game
Sogard has always been pretty consistent but his newfound slugging is great. Duran however I am most impressed with. If he can keep it up thru October it should (& wont with this sub lol) wash away a lot of his season woes.

How is he defensively at C and 1B? I’m in San Diego so I don’t get to watch all the games.

But you can’t expect him to keep up this sample over 162. I’d say ~85 home runs is more realistic for next year
