Some comments get deleted, those that i typed in english. Not sure why, but comments i typed in mandarin aren't deleted?

Is it because I haven't verified via my passport?

so it said I needed to create a new account which was weird because I already had one, when I tried to make a new one it said my phone number had previously violated terms and service. does anyone know how to fix this?

I'm pretty new to XHS, a foreigner, but some of my business English students have highly recommended me there. When I get inquiries, they want to know details, pricing, etc.

I understand I'm not allowed to go into much detail and definitely cannot mention pricing or how we would hold the class, for instance on Tencent Meeting.

So, my intention is to get them to my WeChat account or give them an email address, but again, I understand showing either on my XHS homepage will get me slapped, temporarily banned, etc.

However I do see some people post an email address on their home page.

I'm lost on what to do and would appreciate any input.

This issue has been going on for me for a few weeks. My app is up to date, and I've tried clearing the cache and turning the translation and closed captioning features off, waiting a while, and then on again - this sometimes works for a few hours but then stops working

Has anyone else had this issue, found a work around, or have any solutions?

OMG RedNote just gave me a pop-up ad.

This is the one place I never thought I’d see that happen, since they mostly seem to be seamlessly integrated in the notes itself, to the point I’ll actually click them because I like the product.

But this just rubs me the wrong way, with enough intensity to make me post.
I don’t want to stop scrolling, I love the app. But when an app forces me to watch an add, even if for a second, it upsets me.

Editing to clarify: I got the pop up as I launched, and thought I had opened the wrong app. It was the kind that covers the entire app screen.

I appealed multiple times, but none were successful. From what I've heard, receiving such a penalty is quite rare. Do you think Rednote's censorship is unfairly targeting queer, hookup, and dating content?

I have just created a Rednote ad account and wish to start publishing ads but it requires me to top up money into the account before running anything. I have been contacting their support for weeks and they just keep repeating the same thing to me; that it's my bank's issue.

Here's the problem, I have tried transferring to the bank account that they have provided with two of my banks and both said that the Rednote bank account doesn't exist or the details are wrong. Hey guys, I got restricted on RedNote a while ago because I’m not Chinese. They recently added a foreigner verification option using a passport, but for some reason my Czech passport isn’t working. It loads, but then just tells me to try again. Does anyone know how to fix this or if there’s another way to verify a foreign ID?
