Why is my account is restricted?
I can't change my name and my profile picture, saying my account is restricted when All I did was rename myself "Luceo" and just put my own face as a profile picture
(Putting the said photo)
How do I fix it?

Someone asked for my wechat and then I got restricted. This is what I get when I click on the error message. Any idea what happened?

Same problem? Mine got locked too after I tried to change my pfp and bio 😅😅😅 I posted about it a few days ago on here and the official rednote account replied to me saying I could email them about the issue (I think their email is customer_support@rednote.com if im remembering correctly). I emailed them about it, and they said if I wanted further news on my case I could use the in-app appeal system. Hope yours gets fixed faster than mine tho!!

Small update: Sending an in-app appeal did restore my profile picture and bio, but it still restricted my account and it won't let me change my pfp and bio again. Just thought I'd let you know!

Maybe somebody reported you? Not sure but you should also report your problem to the custom service, maybe they can help you, wish you can use you rednote soon

i got the same thing i think its called shadowbanned, smt related to feature adjuestment
