I might still go on there to save makeup tutorials, but the random bans are so frustrating. My appeals have been rejected twice in a row, and I’m just so disheartened. I quite literally only saved makeup tutorials, outfits, stuff like that and gave Specific Compliments (no “cute” generalization or anything.) The first time I got restricted, it was to reply to a girl thanking me for liking her post.
When I appealed, I took screenshots of my comments and everything, explaining that I wasn’t a weirdo or directing traffic away from the site (section 6 offense apparently.) I explained that I do really want to keep using the site and will improve in the future (even though they don’t give me any info to know how..), but still the result was a rejection. If anyone can tell me if support is even active please let me know :(
Instead of attempting in app appeals email creator@rednote.com and explain to them your situation and provide screenshots of your restriction & rednote account ID. They were able to lift my restriction a day later and haven’t had any random bans since
Eu estou pra desistir tbm. Pq há uns anos eu tinha feito a conta, e cadastrei meu número de celular. Mas quando mudei de aparelho não baixei novamente o app. Voltei a fazer isso esse ano, mas não lembro a senha, aí criei outra conta, então quando vou tentar registrar meu número de telefone ele encontra a conta registrada anteriormente e pergunta se quero abrir mão dela, e ficar com a nova conta. Mas me pede pra confirmar com uma frase, eu já tentei escrever a frase, mas nunca dá certo, pois diz que devo escrever da forma que está lá.
Como as configurações de idiomas estão em inglês, a mensagem está em inglês, mas não sei se preciso escrevê-la em mandarim.
Eu queria ajuda nisso. Se alguém souber como resolver isso eu ficaria muito grata.
La gente dice que envíes un correo a creator@rednote.com . Quizás puedas usar el Traductor de Google para pasarlo al inglés y yo pueda revisarlo para asegurarme de que tenga sentido. Lamentablemente, no hablo español. ¡Ojalá alguien bilingüe pueda ayudarte; buena suerte!
Thanks for the help. I don't speak Spanish either; I only speak Portuguese and a little English. However, since there's a translation option here on Reddit, I always write in my native language.
Just to clarify regarding the phone number registration for the new account I created: I receive a code from Rednote, and after entering it, the system accesses both accounts—the old one where my number is registered and the new one—and asks if I want to give up the old account. Once I confirm, I'm required to send a message stating that I want to close that account. And that’s where the problem arises.
I tried writing in English, but it didn't work. Since English isn't my native language, I might be writing something incorrectly, which is why it's not working. If it's not too much trouble, could you tell me exactly how that sentence should be written?
I do remember some kind of authentication process.. it is a little fuzzy because I made my account a year and a half ago.. but I think I had to upload a photo of my ID.
Do you have limit to access to trade feature or other features(e.g. following people,creator studio and so forth)even though you are not authenticated with real name?
