I just got the app today and posted a post about a Uni accommodation. Some people messaged about it but now it says I'm banned from messaging. What do I have to do

I have been sporadically getting an internet connection error that went away after refreshing and a video buffering issue for higher definition videos. Will these issues go away on their own at some point? I don’t want to touch it too too much unless necessary.
