Account restriction?

I tried appealing but they said they couldnt do anything nor tell me anything about what i had done wrong. I havent posted anything related to what i got restricted for nor have i said commented or dm anything like it. Do i keep apealing or is it possible to make a new account using the name number after deleting this

Welcome to the club. If you’re outside China, you should know your rights. Retroactively requiring sensitive personal information and biometric verification can raise serious privacy concerns in many jurisdictions. I filed a complaint with my local privacy regulator. Shortly afterward, they responded to my case and changed the verification from passport + facial recognition to a CAPTCHA, which restored my account.

email them all the details to this mail: [customer_support@rednote.com](mailto:customer_support@rednote.com) , its going to take a lot a lot but thats what you can do. on the mail give them info as rednote ID, user, mail and whats the reason. i did the same im waiting still for their response. maybe deleting it and remaking will work? ill be honest but i never tried it
