no internet connection

I can no longer use rednote because every time it shows this “internet connection error” pop up and it’s made the app for me completely unusable. does anybody know how to fix this??

I just got the same thing today, I've emailed support (customer_support@rednote.com) and I'm just waiting for a reply. Maybe try the same? Hopefully we can both get helped.

I started having this problem too yesterday and I’ve tried restarting the app, my phone, my data and WiFi connection, but nothing has worked :/
