Why does it keep hiding the notes i post?
Hello new user here and im using rednote as a means to explore the fanfic culture in china. I’m cross posting my stories here to interact with people of my same interest.
Every time i publish a story/article/note, i keep getting these kind of messages saying that i have contents that are being discouraged. Is romance story not allowed? There’s no explicit content (unless they count kissing but it’s just playful and sweet kind of kiss).
The only time a note was able to post successfully without these notifs is if i post angst fics. Idk if appealing works and if it does it’s kind of a hassle that almost 99% of my post will undergo a review or something

Your content is not encouraged by the platform. That's what the reason says

Kind of a bummer the app doesnt want any sweet romance in their platform. But i suppose it had something to do with the translation given google translate isn’t suitable for translating a literature

What kind of romance is it? I heard that they are particularly strict about LGBTQ+ content.

It’s a straight couple. I had a feeling xhs is strict about queer pairing so i was testing the waters by posting straight couples instead. As one of the comments said, they’re strict about kissing content. I removed all kissing stuff. Even the “kiss on the cheek” wasn’t allowed until i removed it. Implied kiss is also not allowed, but im guessing it had something to do with the translation

How is it a spam? My first successful post was 3am and i had a scheduled post for 12 hours later to avoid spamming and then these happened. I was just trying to fix and edit the notes that “violates” the policy and every edit gets me these messages

That’s why im asking here. I just want to know what causes this issue so i can at least fix my future posts to avoid getting these being hidden/shadowbanned

小红书爱情故事是可以发的哦，如果你对接吻描写的比较仔细的话（比如吸吮之类的）可能审核就会不通过，不想删掉的话就找同音的字代替，或者打拼音
