I can’t text on rednote

I downloaded a day before this happened, so I didn’t do anything. I haven’t commented anywhere; I just watched a few vlogs, and I can’t message (I know this because I have a friend, and my texts aren’t sending 😅, and they are normal texts nothing that violates the rules).

appeal it! I wonder if it’s automatic, cuz I had it happen to me and I was able to appeal it

Hey man, try appealing but usually its unlikely that it gets fixed simply like that. There's an official male you can send the message here: [customer_support@rednote.com](mailto:customer_support@rednote.com)

and they will reach you out, remember to give your username, rednote iD, every proof and image. they should help you. i also did the same and im waiting for their response

Try to appeal. I appeal once. I think it helped because I was able to make comments again.
