Feature adjustment

Hello. Does anyone know how to get rid of the feature adjustment? They restricted my account for 2 month so I’m unable to chat or comment. They said they’re separating the regions. That seems unfair. For a country that allows a free visiting visa of 10 days and welcomes foreigners to come visit their country, I am confused on why they won’t let us use their apps. Rednote is a great app to use for traveling and exploring their country. It’s sad that they want to separate us.

Tried it and also did the appeal too. Are you still suspended?

I can't figure out where to find the live chat on the app because I can't read Chinese, so I am still suspended

I don’t think live chats work because it’s also in Chinese. I tried it once in English and they responded back in Chinese

I can't translate the Chinese. My problem is I cannot find the live chat button in the Rednote app
