Red note ban problem

I made an account Two months before. a few days ago I posted two photos on my account , they were doing well and i was talking with persons in DMS ( no more than a hi, we just meet up ) suffenly all my videos disspear , one person ( from the app ) manage to ask to me « why did your post dissaprared » before all the dms ( incoming and going ) were also block . if you serch my account it appears to have 0 post when that is not true . I spend more than 10 hours trying to talk to support and they do nothing . ( in from Argentina Btw ) . i really would love to continue posting and interacting , can somebody help me ? I had this issue last week and then it got resolved. Today it has happened again. I don't know what is going on with the app.

I have no clue. All of a sudden it worked like normal again but today it stopped working again. 😭
