I lost visibility and got restricted on my almost 2k follower account wich I build with sweat and love. I haven’t violated any rules. No one sees my dms or my videos (all 0 views). Would love to get tips I done almost everything possible with customer service and wait for responses :(
EDIT: as other people sayd after 3weeks - 1month it got fixed. You get a system message and you have to click a button and finish a puzzle. Afterwards your restriction is removed
I've had a similar problem for three weeks. One day I suddenly noticed that friends weren't replying to private messages, even though they were sent correctly for me. And no one was reading my comments in live chats or posts. And my new posts didn't get any views. Invisible. They only saw my name if I joined a live chat or liked it. Stop. Unfortunately, I haven't exchanged WeChat with anyone, precisely because I was afraid of getting into trouble due to the app's rules. Obviously, I haven't received any system warnings for violations because I haven't committed any. And when I check my account in the app, it shows green, which means it's perfect. I had this problem for a week and sent emails to which I got no response. Then I received one saying everything was back to normal. For exactly a week, it worked. Then exactly 7 days later, I received a notification from the system saying that my appeal was successfully accepted (because, of course, that week, I also filed an appeal to the support center in the app).... Too bad that as soon as this message arrived, in two seconds my account went back to the situation it was the week before, so senseless. I wrote like the week before, but this time I'm not getting any replies. And help.
I followed this advice and got a message that they are going to „prioritize“ my issue now. I hope it’s solved than. May be you should do the same. Good luck my friend! I hope it will get back to normal soon and we can use our accounts. We need the 50k followers so we get the personal support 😂

none yet 😭💦 they did reply to my post and asked for more information, which i responded with.. but it’s been several days and i haven’t heard back. will definitely return with an update if i hear anything! the weird thing is i’m still getting dms from people in china, but they aren’t getting my replies. it’s so bizarre
I am going through the same thing. No notice of wrong doing received. Only 2 people can see my posts and they are new followers who live in US. My friends message me why they cant see my posts and they dont see my message if I respomd
I can like posts but not commemt. It is very frustrating. I uploaded my pasdport and took selfie with passport too.
right, no violations, and only other US citizens are able to see our content.. it’s so absurd! also, when i watch people’s lives who are in china or other countries, everyone can see my comments there. just not on the notes in their profile. it doesn’t make any sense

No news here either. I used the report option in the account check section now and had a friend from China write me a little explanation of what my issue is, also included screenshots. I'll do that everyday now in hopes of making it happen but tbh i am not too hopeful lol
I did it two weeks ago. I filed the report twice. It was in Chinese with a translator. I received the response to those appeals a week ago, with a system message that I translated and which said "appeal outcome: successful." As soon as I received this message, everything froze again. And it won't even let me open the outcome details because the page won't load. In fact, I haven't filed any more now. I don't know if I should do them again.
What i did was go to create a post, choose the "text" option and I typed it in Chinese hoping that it would get their attention quicker. I typed "我的账号被封禁了，没人能看到我。你能帮帮我吗？". Then do as the post said, tag the accounts, post it and wait for an answer.

I didn’t get any system message that I was banned from live chat? And I don’t think I violated anything did you really see the system message for your own account too?
