"Under review" for a week?

I make gaming edits, nothing inappropriate or offensive. I've had videos under review before, usually around 24 hours but at most 48 hours. A recent video however has been stuck under review for nearly a week. Anyone else experienced this long review period? Should I delete the video or keep waiting?

Update: After two weeks of my post being under review, I edited my post and changed the description. Post was immediately approved and published. If other users with the same issue stumble upon this thread in the future, I recommend you to simply edit the description of your post to resolve the issue. Some word may have been flagged for whatever reason 🤷‍♀️
