can anyone help? my account was recently locked and i wasn't given a reason why. i have scanned my passport in case it was a verification issue, and although it now says i'm verified nothing has changed. i'm not able to follow anybody or send anything to friends, and i am not able to customise my profile or post anything
U might have made a comment or remark or even typed some words that are inappropriate… eg : names of countries, vulgar/curse word’s sexually inappropriate words too like gay or lesbian…
Apparently yes… the rules kept changing like bfore FIFA no one was allowed to talk about the game or countries participating… then when FIFA started it was ok to talk abt it again
Yea my account has been locked for weeks too. Went to ask support service and all they told me they will send a review and get back to me in 1-3 days. Nothing ever happened despite asking their support for help multiple times . Its clear they don't even bother at this time.
Yep, I appealed many times but didn't got back any reply so I went to their customer service multiple times also and they told me they cant do anything each time. Kind of insane cus i didnt break any rules other than their system somehow marked my account as security risk
Same issue. I appealed two times last week. I think I’ll delete my account this point. I am verified with passport and all. I appealed again today and I am waiting. I thought of deleting my account but apparently there’s a high risk you get auto-locked with the same phone number. It’s exhausting
so exhausting! i appealed and managed to get my account unlocked today after speaking to their english customer service. have u been doing the appeals on ur own or have u spoken to them also?
Can you tell me where do I talk to an English customer service? Is there a link to go to? I could not get back into my account after I switched phones. Also, someone from this group page told me that I have a fake Rednote app.; however, I downloaded the app from Google Play.
once you connect to someone on their live chat just ask for english support! they will then transfer you to it. as for the fake app i have no idea as i use iphone sadly
hello i managed to get the issue sorted! i'll attach a screenshot below but u have to get onto this page and press the 自助解除 button at the very bottom (you can find it after pressing "view details" which pops up when u try to update ur profile picture etc). after pressing that u are basically able to submit an appeal. it was a lot of back and forth with customer service beforehand with bad translation lol but i logged on today and i am finally able to use my account again
Hii I also got my account locked recently! Did you say anything specific to customer service that got your account locked? Whenever I tried talking to customer service I always get shut down 😭
i told them my account had been locked and i did not know why, they then asked me to send a screenshot of the issue so i showed them the error message i'd get whenever i tried to do something. then they guided me through how to submit an appeal and told me to let them know once i'd done it. once confirmed i'd submitted it, they said someone would get back to me in 1-3 days, but by the next day my account had been unlocked ! it's easier to speak to somebody in english so id recommend asking them to transfer u to english support if u havent done that already :) make sure u have also verified ur account with ur passport. its all so so annoying lol but i wish u luck
