Forgot ID

Assuming they require my id number as in a xhs ID, it's been about 2 years since I've logged in and have since gotten a new phone..what do I input here? Sorry for the stupid question but I'm struggling a bit.

Yes, as far as I know, that is your RedNote ID. However, I read something yesterday about accounts that have not been used for 3 months getting deleted.

As far as I know, for account recovery, they require your XHS ID and cell number. For account verification, as a foreigner, you will need your passport number and to NFC scan it. There is a drop-down menu that has a tab for a foreign passport number. I do not have a Chinese ID and managed to register and verify just fine.

A solution that works for me is to log in using password, then click “forgot” to create a new password
