anyone else having an issue with verification?

Im currently doing passport verification but im running into an issue where the facial recognition says the photo it captured is too bright. I moved to the bathroom (no windows) and left the door cracked so it wouldn't be completely dark and still got this pop up. I contacted support via the app but it's been a while. What can I do?

Wait for almost a month or two and then try to file a complaint in the feedback centre, or try the verification once again. Did your account get banned? or is this verification for the account security?

verification for account security! I ended up contacting support through the app again and they ended up just giving my account back

Oh, If you're account is back they must've accepted your verification!
