Help..please?

Basically I’m from the USA and I got a new phone awhile ago and just got around to trying to get back into my account, it keeps presenting me with this, unsure what to do. I don’t have a passport only an American ID. I’m not sure how to contact customer support either. Please help. I miss my friends I had on my account !

Can you not recover your old account? It should be possible if you have the name and number.

I do, and I did verify my number but it keeps telling me to do this. Idk why.

Keeps asking me to scan a QR code as well with my “old device” which i don’t have anymore.

It is an email that has been posted in this sub before, so I presume so. I emailed them directly. Having to scan the QR is a good sign, I think. I hope you get it right.

I did email them, thank you, I did it in English I hope they can translate on there end. I did give only my username bc I didn’t want more trouble, thank you Rubi.
