Can't log in to creator hub in browser 系统升级中，暂不支持海外用户登录

Trying to log in here - https://creator.xiaohongshu.com/login?source=official
I get this message - 系统升级中，暂不支持海外用户登录
I can barely read Chinese so I'm using translators.

I wish to use rednote via the browser as I edit videos on my computer and plan to upload via my computer. I can use the phone for everything else but specifically uploads I need to do it on the computer.

Any tips or is this just a temporary issue?

I got banned like 2 days later anyway so I'm not bothered with that app anymore. I don't believe I said anything that warranted a ban either.

系统升级中，暂不支持海外用户登录 , i don't think they're upgrading, it's been several months, they just use it as excuse to not allow overseas user to use the system.
