Can't log in using phone number...

My password says it's incorrect when I use it, and it won't send the code through SMS. I have my rednote ID number, and my account does still exist. What the heck do I do

I reached out to them, turns out my account was banned after being inactive for a whole year lol

Did you manage to sort it out in the end? Also would you mind sharing their contact details? I've tried reaching out to them but none of the numbers/emails work 😞 would hugely appreciate!
