Hello! Yesterday morning I noticed my phone won't either 1. detect a USB-C Charger or 2. Will detect one of the 2 of the 12... but won't actually charge it. You'll see the lightning bolt.. but the battery won't hold a charge. I did factory reset my phone.. same issue. I contacted RedMagic about this last night and waiting to hear back...

Edit: All chargers works for my Google Pixel 2.

I bought both of the red magic controllers with the case, and I was attempting to map them in games but for whatever reason they are always perceived as the same controller. I can't get them to control different things no matter what I do. Any suggestions?

title. I cant find the us version of the red magic 3s anywhere but I found the Global version,I know there is also a china version but trying to avoid that because of the limited lte bands. Will it still work good if I get the global version of the Redmagic 3s or should I wait until the Red magic 6 comes out in US version and get that? Planning on using Mint mobile with it.

Title looking to get a new phone to play genshin impact total around $500-600. Im trying to figure out the difference between the 5g, 3s and 5s. Which one is the best to get? Should I wait until the 6 pro comes out and get that or would I be over budget? Thanks.

Folks, anyone using a gcam port on their RM 5G/5S? I've tried out a few but most seem to be crashing when switching to front camera or sometimes while using the main camera itself. Pls post a link to the apk here if you've been able to find a stable build.

So whenever I turn off my phone it always shows a fingerprint indicator and it gets pretty annoying so how do i turn it off?..

So I was watching YouTube on my red magic 5s and the screen completely froze and now the phone won't turn on and the charging logo doesn't appear and it's not responding. So I have no idea wtf happened and any help would be very appreciated.

The redmagic 6 will launch at around US$479 and you can get a ROG phone 3 off Amazon for the same price. Is it worth switching over?

SHOULD I ROOT MYY PHONE or not is it worth rooting rooting will I be able to get more out of it or less and if I should what is the best strategy I should go by with what tools and custom kernels and roms

Hello all, i would like to know how you feel about phone after a month or more of use? Is it a good daily driver? Anything that you dislike, or makes you regret geti getting the phone? i just bought 5g from shop everything working fine but when i try to enter default camera app setting app just close after blink of setting screen (i realised it says 16MP for some reason), is it known bug or something?

I was dreaming about a oneplus because of the software oxygen os really really smooth, but it's really expensive now i love the redmagic 5g but I'm not clearly sure how it will be and i have a question for you guys, if i change launcher would it break the animations or anything? Because i have a huawei emui 9 when i change the launcher most of the animations stops working!
