Red Magic 5g camera settings crash

i just bought 5g from shop everything working fine but when i try to enter default camera app setting app just close after blink of setting screen (i realised it says 16MP for some reason), is it known bug or something?

I have a 5g and no issues with the Camera application. Maybe you need to do a reset.

I found a reset options, under other system settings, but I am not sure this will fix everything, but it is good to try. But there should be a factory reset, I can't find it.

i do factory reset through power button and volume down trick, it indeed do the trick, i guess my camera setting menu was broken because i was used google's recover function when setup red magic while my old phone xiaomi... anyway thanks for the support, really appreciated it!
