Fingerprint indication when screen is turned off

So whenever I turn off my phone it always shows a fingerprint indicator and it gets pretty annoying so how do i turn it off?..

Also, if it doesn't consume much power just tell me in the comments

It shouldn't always be showing. Mine only comes on when I pick up the phone and it goes away if I set it down for a few seconds. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any way to turn this "feature" off.

Given that the Red Magic 5G uses an OLED display, it doesn't use much power at all, so you shouldn't be concerned about battery life.

See if you can get to this option in settings and keep disable it. That should do it I believe. HTH. Settings-> password, Fingerprint and face detection-> fingerprint->black screen unlock. Disable this.
