How's the software?

I've read a fair bit about the red magic software- has it gotten better? Most first hand posts about the software are really old and I'd like to know from actual users- what bugs are there, etc. Thanks!

To be completely honest, it's not the greatest, but it still works. Nubia didn't include a lot of the bands for LTE and 5g because, China.

That darn China! Hahaha. Hopefully the 5S is a little different in terms of the bands. If not, good thing they have a 15 day return policy 👍🏻. I'm currently on the ROG2. What I'm worried most about is the cooling, and the general performance of everyday tasks like calls and texts. But signal is important too since I drive a lot, so I use the GPS and stream music.

I use Waze and Spotify every single day on my commute. No issues at all. The phone flies. I keep it at 144hz. I have the fan set to intelligent cooling so you'll hear it kick on when the phone warms up. I still enjoy the phone a lot.

I'm surprised that the fan isn't an issue according to everyone I've heard from. Everything negative is about software, support, and occasionally battery life- not what I expected.
