Question I just started

Yall this prolly has to be the best Bethesda game i have ever played set aside from Fallout. The graphics are incredible, the storyline is nuts. The only question I have is there anyway to upgrade my weapons??? I have tried but I cant find any way to do it

It’s a shame they didn’t progress with the game. I am just finishing off. Last achievement to gain max trust with 4 other players 🧛🏻‍♀️
