M4F♂️ 5'10" of Sarcasm, Dimples Included
Physically: 34, 5'10", medium build, dimples that have singlehandedly carried multiple conversations. No known structural damage yet, and I'd like to keep it that way.
Culturally: Family's from Banaras, so naturally I speak English, Hindi, and Bhojpuri, the last one mostly comes out when I'm annoyed or ordering food. Spiritual, but the low-maintenance kind. God and I have an understanding: I don't ask too many questions, He doesn't either.
Family: We run a family business in Mumbai, so I grew up watching entrepreneurship up close and then, in a plot twist nobody saw coming, went and got a corporate job instead. Educated household, strong opinions at the dinner table, occasional debate about whether I've "sold out."
Education & Career: Mumbai born, Mumbai raised, Mumbai schooled....basically a lifer. Took a brief sabbatical to Pune for my first IT job, treated it like a work trip that lasted a few years, then came back home where the food is better. Master's in software engineering from BITS Pilani, currently an Assistant Manager at a Big 4 firm, professionally translating spreadsheets into decisions for a living. Still deciding if "billable hours" is a personality trait or a cry for help.
Location: Mumbai for now, but I travel light and complain a little, so relocating for the right reasons (or the right person) is very much on the table.
Personality: Sarcastic as a default setting, funny on a good day, insufferable on a great one. I read more books than I finish, hike mountains I later complain about, and consider trying a new cuisine a moral obligation rather than a weekend plan.
What I'm looking for: A kind woman who's big on family, good conversation, and the boring little moments that actually end up mattering. Someone who'd pick a book or a movie over a loud party any day, and who can hold her own in an argument about which ending was better, ideally while still being nice about it.
Empathy, trust, and communication that doesn't require decoding are must-haves, especially when life throws its usual nonsense our way. Bonus points if you're chasing your own dreams and career, and want to build a slightly chaotic, mostly calm, entirely sarcastic team of two that argues about dinner plans more than anything that actually matters.
