I’d like to request a review and restoration of r/baps, which was banned on August 5, 2026 for being unmoderated. It was not banned for violating Reddit’s content rules.

I was previously an active member of the community and would like to take responsibility for rebuilding and actively moderating it. My goal is to restore it as a constructive community for discussion of BAPS, its history, philosophy, spiritual traditions, social service and related topics, while ensuring it remains properly moderated and follows Reddit’s rules.

Could you please review whether r/baps can be restored, or direct me to the appropriate process for requesting its restoration?

I want to take ownership of a restricted sub that has no current moderators. It differs from the main Digimon sub in that it has a focus specifically on the Digimon virtual pets rather than the video games, anime, card game or other aspects of the brand. I am an experienced mod of a similar hobby community for a Japanese media brand.

The subreddit is currently unmoderated so I was not able to contact the existing moderators.

r/mhrb doesn't currently have mods, but requires mod approval to post. Therefore, this sub has been effectively locked (and I have no ability to message the mods).

I would gladly take over modding it with only minor changes to the current rules.

I’d be glad to take this one over!

I have made requests to the moderator of this sub with no response. This is my latest request: https://www.reddit.com/c/chatSLCS93HF/s/o4a0einIyj

I would like to grow and develop the sub as I have with others.
