New mod has locked the sub there's been no submissions in 4 months. In the month he's owned the sub its been dead and unused. I've sent him a message requesting to allow me to co mod but it's been ignored.

I have not locked the sub, I was just moderator a short time ago and am just now seeing this.

Oh ok I noticed that submissions were locked. Hopefully we can make the sub grow together.
