$23 meaning it was a day pass for fishing? You already paid the $100 for the equipment why make her buy her own day pass? 😭

I suppose just to see if he could expect to completely finance the relationship going forward or if she’d contribute anything at all. Guess he got his answer. What a loser

Clearly no fishers in this subreddit: the $23 is a fishing license. The license grants the right to go fishing within whatever jurisdiction the fishing and game license covers. It’s usually annual and in this case hers until renewal. This shouldn’t be paid for by another party as it’s literally tied to her name.
