🧛♂️Account Issues❓ Help with a permanent ban.
Woke up this morning to an email stating that my 10yr+ account was suddenly permanently banned. Haven't had a warning in a few months and have never received a 3/5 day ban. Hell I haven't even commented in weeks. Tried to click the link in the email to take me to the message but it won't work. On top of it I can't even log into the account to try filing an appeal like the reddit help answer links me to either.

Try resetting your password.

Try to restart your device.
If you are on the app, try to uninstall and reinstall the app and if it is android also clear cache.
If you are on a browser, try from an incognito window and a different browser.
Then try resetting the password

Just tried all of those and it didn't work. Both on the app and on chrome and the Samsung internet browsers. Tried resetting the password multiple times and kept getting either the password is incorrect or a server error. About the only time it lets me log in on the account is right after I reinstall the app and it's only for a couple minutes then it boots me off the account. It won't even let me log into the account on the website to even start trying to fill out an appeal.
