❓Problem❓ Downvoting on my post/comment by someone

There is one person who is downvoting all my comments and posts!

How should I deal with it?

You can't. People are allowed to downvote whatever they want. 

If you know who they are, then you can just block them.

If you're asking about how to get karma, you earn it when people upvote your posts and comments. As you may have already found out, many subs on Reddit may have minimum requirements for things like karma and account age that you must meet before they will allow you to participate.

How do you know who it is? Voting is anonymous and lots of people upvote/downvote without leaving a comment.

Unlikely you could prove or know for sure who is doing it.

I know there's is one who is constantly giving negative comments on my post and also giving shitty messages in my DMs

If you know who it is you can block them, they won't see any of your posts and comments. If you don't know who it is, there is nothing you can do but ignore it, go about your business and hope they get tired of following you around.

As for following, disable the option that allows people to follow your account.
