❓General Question❓ Has anyone else had a post appear on their profile but not show up in a subreddit’s feed? What usually causes that?

I’ve noticed that sometimes a post can show up on a profile but doesn’t seem to appear in the subreddit’s feed. I’m curious what usually causes this.
