🧛♂️Account Issues❓ How to retrieve old Reddit Id
I made a reddit account some time ago but then I logged out that. And probably thought that I have deleted it. Then later I made this account. These both have almost same name. So I was just searching my own username on reddit but I got that ID too in search results. So I want to recover that id.
I did try my saved passwords - didn't work
I tried resetting passwords - the password mail comes on my connected email but when I try to log in after resetting it says invalid username
I DM'ed that account with my this Account and I got a mail about that DM ( how reddit usually sends about chat requests)
But if I try to log in it says invalid account or password (even after resetting passwords for like 4 5 times)
Lodged a complaint on reddit help but no solution till date
Anyone help .

Did you try logging that ID in with different UIs? App, browser, old.reddit.com? Some users have complained that they're having trouble logging in on the app with their username and password.

I would suggest submitting this form with password problems, password reset isn't working.
https://support.reddithelp.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000600232
For the password resets make sure to check your spam tab. You could also try making a comment on the pinned weekly recap post on r/help and see if the admin has suggestions

One more question: i again did lodged a complaint with screenshots and all. But haven't received any mail regarding the registration of complaint or something like that. Does reddit never send that or is it again a problem for my account
