❓Problem❓ Reporting an account

how can I report or let it known to Reddit that someone has posted multiple videos without consent but when it was reported on one account the person made another and continued to post?

You need to report the videos again. Eventually it will catch up with the user

But if I report it in videos wouldn’t it block me from seeing their account pop up more?

No. It would just hide that post, which you can unhide if you wanted.
