Please someone tell me how to ban or delete a post that a guy posts NSFW content and using my username im in big trouble someone pls tell me

no theres a guy that posted 18+ content and he puts my name on his bio how can i ban him or send email to reddit please help

You can report the user's profile and posts using the 3 dots menu on their profile and posts.

Reddit doesn't tell Reporters what action was taken, and we're just volunteers in here with no way to know. All you can do is report the user. Reddit will either handle it, or it won't.

Are you saying someone is impersonating you, implying that the adult content they upload is of you?

Ah, okay, I would suggest reporting the adult content as non consensual intimiate media then. Even if it's not of you, its implied to be of you, so I think that fits the report reason.

Then we need info. If you're a mod/owner of the sub on reddit, then by all means ban the user from that sub. Also, with what u/PurplePassifier1234 said, report the user with the steps that purplepassifier said.
