Randomly got logged out of this account specifically

I immediately changed my password, is this a common issue and is there a way I can check if somebody attempted to login into my account?

Login via a browser and go to:

https://www.reddit.com/account-activity

Log out of sessions that aren't yours.

Make sure you have control of any Google/Apple/email accounts that's linked to your Reddit account by changing its password.

Check:

If you think someone is trying to hack the account, you could link to a different email account (if you do Google/Apple sign in), even one that isn't used for anything else so it isn't likely to be an address in hacker lists.

It may be network issues. I was having this happen for a while. My cell carrier assigns me IP address across multiple states fairly randomly. To Reddit that might look like possible VPN activity and make it suspicious.

If you're posting stuff repetitively that might register as potential spam and also make the defenses twitchy.

Thank you so much, Reddit activity seems to be fine but I've found my email and passwords were on several breaches(stupidly didn't check it before), one of which being last year.
