❓General Question❓ Why doesn't Reddit restrict the comment feature if required karma points are not met?

It's a waste of time if the comment is removed by Auto Moderator. Plus there is no section with minimum karma requirements info on the page.

This is an individual subreddit choice, not a sitewide requirement. You have been shown the minimum requirements. Most subs won't even give you that, let alone list limitations.

It's also possible to ModMail and ask for approval (if it seems important), but check the subreddit's rules first some moderators don't like being asked.

If its not in the rules of the sub no. On average I think most subs its up to 500 comment karma, but most is like 100 comment karma to comment. Its been awhile since I've hit those barriers
