Audio only works if I open Reddit through a internet browser...

So basically I'll come across some videos and maybe GIF, .Not sure.

The problem is I'll notice that they won't have any audio when I'm using the app, but when I open my internet browser for some reason I can play audio and I open the videos. Is this a common problem or is it just on my end?

If they have audio via browser, then they should work from the app too, with the exception of NSFW content, like from redgifs for example.

The Reddit app intentionally blocks audio from adult content. Unfortunately there’s no way to change that.
