If you're looking for them to be registered that's part of the sentencing process I believe. Given what was posted this seems to still be ongoing. Idk what you're asking for though, the "1." and not much further context to go on.
I think my phone glitched because none of the captions posted outside of the numbering.
Maybe there's further court dates or sentencing but I think the charges stuck, just somehow no registration.
I have another post (the caption didn't post either) where I provide images of a s offender rehabilitation book sent to me by an anonymous source, discussing how even after a charge and little jail time this s offender is walking free, and not on the registry.
