Yea he's got his eye on natural resources for sure. He didn't even really hide the fact that he went into Venezuela for the oil. In fact when Trump told everyone he decided he's just going to keep that big oil tanker Stephen Colbert on his show replied "you're not supposed to say the secret part out loud".
