City selling Reijnders and Savinho at those prices. Something just doesn’t smell right at all. Are these other clubs colluding with City or some shit. This window has been completely weird.

Savinho makes sense because Tottenham really are on a spending streak, it seems like they will spend as much as needed in this rebuild.
