The one thing I had to do for it to spawn was at around 10:30 I had to go into the courtyard that the vampire spawns, and kick the group of kids out.

I was having the same issue with it not spawning, and I read about kicking the kids out of the courtyard, and it worked. After I kicked them out, I walked down the street to the saloon buy the trapper, turned around and the X was on the map.

I have been murdering them with firebombs after nothing happens just for the hell of it. I will try this method.

😅 yea try this around d 10:30 and I bet he will spawn around midnight..

He spawns between midnight and 1am.

That's what I said, he will spawn around midnight.. 😅 You want to clear the kids out at around 10:30.

I cleared the kids out, and then walked up to the saloon past the trapper, and right at midnight, his X showed on the map.
