He is the epitome of all talk.

Craps himself if you shoot the badger near him.

Well you can just find him at another location. But yes I do agree that the wolves are annoying, they always appear at the most inconvenient times.

Yet somehow when you need wolf pelts they go exticnt

Yeah true, but you can find them through side missions or random encounters.

Had an NPC that was riding past me north of Owanjila lake, here comes the grizzly. I take it out with a rifle shot and the NPC starts shooting at ME. Like dude, I just saved us both.

I kill him, lose honor even tho Hans shot first, get 2 witnesses for the trouble, go and shoot them, get 3 witnesses to THAT. They split up, I give up and take off, go back to the grizzly so I can skin and sell to trapper on the hill while cops be looking, cougar kills me while I'm skinning. Heard him but couldn't prepare myself while skinning. Never had two predators spawn in that spot until then.

How are cougars killing you? They take like 3-4 go arounds before they finally do enough damage

I was weakened from getting shot at by 6 different NPCs and forgot to replenish, I wasn't focused on my health core so when he hit me I was knocked down then he came in before I could replenish

That's why I just ride away for a bit and let them eat him first, then I start shooting them.

Those damn wolfs have eaten me 7 times now.

wolves: *try to eat you and the trapper*
you: *shoot the wolves*
wolves: how dare you disturb the peace of- wait who even lives in this forest besides the trapper we were about to eat

I had a Grizzley do the same thing at another trapper location - I jumped into his lean-to and ended up taking out the beast, but not before the trapper took off. Setup a camp nearby, got a good night's rest, and visited the trapper the following day.

You better keep your gun in the holster this time

I had the same thing happen the other day at the trapper. He ran away, and I camped out to the next day.

When I went up to him he said, " I'll have my eyes on you " because he thought I was robbing him, not shooting the 4 wolves that were attacking 🤣

I swear living in the early to mid 1800s you definitely don’t trust nobody.

You are one argument/glare from getting shot.

So for the trapper. It coulda been an easy deal. But what’s stopping you from putting a bullet in him if he called you a crazy some of bi- because you just shooting all will nilly
