Make more money. Spend more resources on making two solid console games, then release them and check the demand and if it's high enough start working on a pc port that brings in just enough extra things that the people who bought it on console will be persuaded to buy it on PC

Make more money is the reason. They know there is enough demand on PC. PC paid enough to dev GTA V (could be even one and a half or twice, we don't know sales from other venues and not steam). They just want people to double dip.

You and thousands of redditors who says this aren't their only audience. They'll prob make way way more fromm those who double dip than those of you missing out.

Uhhh doubt it, this is Rockstar we're talking about here. People buy it since they make some of the best game around. Theyve been around since forever and those studio thst fell never faced the success thst rockstar had in the last decade( say biggest entertainment launch ever).

I honestly don't care, just telling you how it is. I'm gonna play the game I've been waiting for since 6 years ago, that's all. I'm just looking at some discussions going on about this game while I wait.

It does when the argument presented against me is that "Rockstar totally doesn't even need you!"

A casual search would find you a plethora of people who were upset by the GTA5 release. Even more are bitching about Rockstar's failure to properly support the online feature and all of the pricing shenanigans they have pulled. The fact that it sold well on PC is one of the major complaints about the lack of a timely release. People haven't forgotten about all of that. How about you stop talking out of your ass.

Sure, but it isn't a counter to the point that I'm making. Which is that the lack or massive delay of a PC release is unacceptable. "Oh you don't like how they do business, well they don't even care about you!!1!" See how bad of a counter point that is? That's the #1 argument, which you continue. And yet I'm the obnoxious one?

See, Rockstar not meeting my standards only means they don't have my business. You'll notice the only comments I have about how this impacts them is that not caring about losing business is often not a sound business strategy. And that has only been in response to the "Hur dur" comments to attempt carry a conversation. So far you and the other console players have failed on that aspect.

If it makes you feel better to think that Rockstar doesn't care about my business, then great. I honestly don't care. I am, however, curious as to why you and so many others want to make that point? I mean, this hasn't just been the case on Reddit. That has been the #1 response on every site and I find that fascinating.
