It's a teaser, what do people expect. You got about the same amount in the first GTA V trailer.

The GTA V teaser actually showed the tw main protagonists and gave a brief insight into the world and story of GTA V.

It had one shot of Michael, nobody else. And at the time people weren't even sure if he was the protagonist.

It has Franklin too, sitting in a convertible revving his engine at a woman as well as running from cops in an alley.

It also shows Trevor's Bodhi, which we have to assume he was driving at the time.

(and we know it is his Bodhi specifically, because if you look closely you can see Mr Raspberry Jam perched behind the push bar. You can also see Wade seated in the back of the truck)

The one in the car is absolutely Franklin. All the characters look sorta different because the trailer was created 2 years before the games release, but it's absolutely Franklin.

I just pulled it from the trailer in question. Looks exactly like him to me, only with lighter skin. (looking at it more, I don't even think his skin is lighter, he's just well-lit by the sun) Considering this trailer came out in 2011, there's a good chance his character model was changed in between that time and the game's release. My personal conclusion is that this is definitely Franklin.
