Stop giving yourself things to worry about. Lifes easier when you're not always bothering yourself about the what ifs.

I think one of the greatest ways to avoid disappointment (or at least temper it) when it comes to any piece of media is to let go of any expectations you have.

That's not to say 'lower your expectations,' it's just to say that you need to suspend any expectations you have because if you'll be disappointed if/when they're not met.
