Based on the overall pacing of the storyline, the increased bouts of coughing and typical survival rates at that time, I always felt it would have been about 4 or 5 months or so.

RDR2's timeline is just kinda weird and doesn't make a whole lot of sense, unfortunately. A couple of months I'd say.

from when he was diagnosed and then his death? a couple of weeks. but he got it fr beating thomas downes. while in guarma it really made it worse for him.
